The Foundry

Your shower idea deserves a shelf. The Foundry is the Trinket & Gift maker program: you pitch 1 product idea in your own words, and if it is a fit, we make it, stock it, and pay you a share of the net on every unit sold.

What the Foundry is

You pitch a product idea. No big decks. No high-pressure meetings. A clear pitch in your own words is enough. If it is a fit, you get an invitation with an offer agreement: your split, in writing, before anything starts. Then we handle production, the product page, and shipping.

Paid both ways.

The split depends on what you bring to the build.

You bring the idea

20% of net

We make it, ship it, and stock it. You earn 20% of the net on every unit sold.

You fund, supply, or run ads

50/50 of net

When you fund, supply, or run ads for a run, the net splits down the middle: 50/50.

Net means what is left after the costs of making it, shipping, fees, and actual refunds. That definition applies to both deals.

When the money lands

Day 60 and day 90 count from the day your product or promo page goes live.* You can request your payout any time after day 60. Anything unclaimed auto-deposits at day 90.

Launch day

Your page goes live. The clock starts.

Day 60

Request your payout any time after this. Day 60 counts from the day your page goes live.

Day 90

Anything unclaimed auto-deposits.

Every Foundry maker gets

  • The first 2 units of every run are yours
  • Your name on the product SKU*
  • A collab collection page with its own shelf in the shop
  • A permanent seat in the Founders Lounge
  • 1 live vote per drop
  • A direct line to the people who run the company

From pitch to payday

You pitch your idea.

Your words, your pitch. No big decks, no high-pressure meetings.

You get the invitation.

Interested pitches get an offer agreement with your split in writing, before anything starts.

You lock the window.

Approved runs target a launch 4 to 8 weeks out.

Your page goes live.

Every unit sold earns your share.

Every rate and payout number on this page is real: 20%, 50/50, day 60, day 90.

If a run misses, you stay

Some products fly, some don't. That is retail. A run that stalls can end, but that is the run ending, not you. Misses don't demote you, and you never have to re-apply. The door stays open for the next idea.

If anyone wants out

Either side can end the agreement by request through the Foundry.* You keep every dollar you have already earned, including payouts that haven't been paid yet. The Foundry is revenue share only: no one holds shares or equity.

Yes, it stacks

Makers can still join the Haus of Creators, refer friends, and earn Gifted rewards on every order. 1 login covers all 3 programs.

The Foundry is the only 1 of our 3 programs that pays a share of the net.

A real commitment, kept simple

The Foundry is a real commitment between you and the shop, and the paperwork is simple on purpose. 1 agreement. Clear terms, in writing, for both sides. You always know what you signed, and you are never locked into something complicated.

Have a piece in mind?

The Fine Print

Payout timing: day 60 and day 90 count from the day your product or promo page goes live. Request your payout any time after day 60. Unclaimed payouts auto-deposit at day 90.

Returns: the cut from a returned order claws back out of your next payout. Earned amounts can still be adjusted for returned orders, as described here.

Name on the product SKU: your agreement spells out the specifics of how your name appears on the product.

Ending the agreement: either side may end it by request through the Foundry. Makers keep every dollar already earned, including payouts not yet paid. No one holds shares or equity; the Foundry is revenue share only. If an account is inactive for 6 months, we send a notice first. Your revenue share only ends if the agreement is broken. Your contract lists the exact reasons.

Identity check: the law requires us to verify who you are before launch. We need your legal name, tax details (W-9 or W-8), and your payout account.

Not stock: the Foundry shares revenue on products. It is not stock, not ownership, and not investing advice. For money advice, talk to a licensed financial advisor.

Ownership: your agreement spells out who owns the design, the name, and the product page, in writing, before you sign.
